What People's Say About Place

The ambiance sucks. Too many kiosks. Was very surprised to see this Cafe Rio like this. The food was good. It was supposed to be date night after dropping off the granddaughter in North Salt Lake, we live in Clearfield. Will never come here again but thanks the food was good.

Went to the drive through 7/20/25 at about 930pm. The gentleman on the drive through was so impressive that I asked him for his name. Ivan’s customer service was second to none. The food was at the usual cafe Rio standard that we’ve come to expect over the years. If the customer service I received tonight is an indication of the direction this location is going, I will make this my go to Cafe Rio.

Ordered 2 Burritos, enchilada style, the burrito itself was great, but I asked for extra pico on one and pico and salad on both plus dressing for one. Didn’t need the dressing because they only gave me a little tiny teaspoon scoop of pico on both and a little pinch of green lettuce on both. I went through their drive thru because of the convenience and paid without question and when I got home that is what I found when I opened the sack. I didn’t think they ever ran out of pico and lettuce but I guessing their kitchen that prepares both must have been on siesta break!

I had a really good experience here yesterday. This is a different Cafe Rio experience. You order on screens and it did take me a second to figure out but I personally liked it. If you like to see them make it right in front of you, you may want to go to another Cafe Rio. Even though I ordered on a screen, I wasn't ignored. Two employees asked if I needed help and another offered to get me a drink while I waited for my order. My order only took a few minutes to be done and both the things I ordered were done exactly as I wanted. They make all the orders "to go" so I can see if you wanted to stay that would maybe be annoying for some people and it would waste bags. They should add a "to go" or "to stay" option on the ordering screens. The employees were helpful, kind and I had a good experience there!

Once again got a bomb salad it was made almost perfect just a little to much lettuce but other than that it was perfect. Carmen was my cashier she was respectful. Thanx again for the delicious food definitely will be back

Food was great, order was correct, and food was finished less than 5mins after we ordered. No issues here whatsoever. Must have made some changes is recent weeks.

They seem to be out of one to two drinks each time I visit this location. People must be overly thirsty?

My husband is super fan of Cafe Rio and we came to check this one that just opened. Although it's smaller than others, the place is neat and the service is above outstanding! The manager made us feel so welcome I'll be happy to come back many more times.
